The Lava Blaze 5G smartphone is expected to be the company’s next 5G handset after the Lava Agni 5G, released last November. Before the launch, some details about the upcoming Lava Blaze 5G leaked onto the interwebs. Now the key specs, teaser photos, and pricing details of the phone have surfaced online.

The Lava Blaze 5G is expected to come with a back glass panel, which is unheard of in the sub-Rs. 10,000 price range. The smartphone is said to have two large camera cutouts on the back – two sensors on each. We can therefore expect that the device will offer no fewer than four cameras on the back. The report adds that the phone offers a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calling.

The Lava Blaze 5G is said to have a 64MP primary camera on the back. The main sensor comprises a 5 MP wide-angle lens, a 2 MP depth shooter, and a 2 MP macro snapper. The smartphone could offer a 6.78-inch LCD with a Full HD + resolution and a screen refresh rate of 90 Hz. The rumor mill indicates that the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor will power the Lava Blaze 5G. The chipset is paired with the Mali-G57 graphics processing unit, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of native storage. The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which supports the 30W fast charging feature.
Regarding security, the Lava Blaze 5G offers a fingerprint sensor placed on the right side below the power button. Aside from 5G, the device offers connectivity features such as 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging. Software-wise, the phone is expected to boot Android 12 out of the box.
